LeadHub

SEO

SEO measured in enquiries, not rankings.

Organic search is still where most people start looking for a lawyer, a builder or a broker. We build the visibility that puts you in front of them, and the pages that turn the visit into an enquiry.

What's included

  • Technical SEO and site health
  • Service and location pages built to convert
  • Content planned around buying intent
  • Authority and links worth having
  • Google Business Profile and local search
  • Monthly reporting on enquiries

The problem

Most SEO is busy work with a nice report.

A lot of SEO retainers produce the same things every month: a handful of blog posts nobody searches for, a list of "technical fixes" that never get done, and a rankings report full of keywords that don't bring in customers.

It looks like progress. Meanwhile the pages that actually make money, the ones for the services you sell in the places you sell them, sit untouched on page two.

We work the other way around. Start with the searches that produce customers, work out what it takes to win them, and spend the effort there first. Blog content comes later, and only when it supports a commercial page.

How we decide what to work onSearch volume times buying intent times what a client is worth to you. A search with 90 monthly visits from people ready to hire beats one with 9,000 from people doing homework.

What we do

The work that moves enquiries.

Every engagement is scoped to the site and the market. These are the levers we pull, in roughly the order that pays off.

01

Technical foundations

The site has to be crawlable, fast and clear before anything else counts.

  • Indexing, crawl and duplicate content issues
  • Core Web Vitals and mobile performance
  • Schema for your business, services and people

02

Money pages

Service and location pages that rank and give people a reason to enquire.

  • One strong page per service, not ten thin ones
  • Proof, process and pricing signals on the page
  • Clear calls to action and tracked forms

03

Content with a job

Articles and guides that answer real pre-purchase questions and link to the pages that sell.

  • Planned from search and sales-call questions
  • Written with your input, not generic filler
  • Structured so AI tools can quote it

04

Authority

Links and mentions from places that make sense for your business.

  • Industry bodies, directories and local press
  • Partnerships and supplier relationships
  • No link schemes or bought networks

05

Local search

Maps and local results drive a big share of enquiries for service businesses.

  • Google Business Profile set up properly
  • Review generation process
  • Consistent business details across the web

06

Conversion

Traffic that doesn't enquire is a cost. We fix the leaks on the pages that get the visits.

  • Above-the-fold clarity and trust signals
  • Form and call tracking in GA4
  • Testing on the pages that matter

How it works

What the first six months look like.

Week 1-2

Opportunity and audit

Keyword and competitor research tied to lead value, a technical audit, and a look at how you currently convert and track enquiries.

Week 3-4

Priorities agreed

A short, ranked plan: what we'll fix, what we'll build, and what we expect it to do. You'll know what's happening each month before it happens.

Month 2-3

Foundations and money pages

Technical fixes go in, tracking is cleaned up, and the most valuable service pages are rebuilt or created.

Month 3-6

Content and authority

Supporting content and link building aimed at the pages that sell. Local search work runs throughout.

Every month

Reporting on leads

Enquiries from organic search, which pages produced them, and what we're doing next. Rankings are in there too, as context.

Reporting

What you'll see each month.

If you can't connect the work to enquiries, you can't judge whether it's worth paying for. So that's what we report on.

FAQ

SEO questions we get asked.

How long does SEO take to produce leads?

It depends on where the site starts and how competitive the market is. Technical fixes and improvements to existing pages can move things within the first two to three months. New pages and authority building usually take three to six months to show up in enquiries. If you need leads sooner than that, run Google Ads alongside while the organic work builds.

What does SEO cost?

SEO is a monthly retainer, priced on the size of the opportunity and the work involved. We would rather quote after a strategy call than publish a package, because a law firm in Sydney and a builder on the Gold Coast need very different amounts of work.

Do you write the content?

Yes. We plan, write and optimise the pages, and we work with you on the specifics only you know: your process, your pricing approach, the questions clients actually ask. That input is what stops content reading like everyone else's.

Should I do SEO or Google Ads?

Usually both, weighted differently over time. Google Ads captures demand now. SEO builds an asset that keeps producing leads without paying per click. Most of our clients start heavier on Ads and shift budget toward organic as it matures.

Do you only work with Gold Coast businesses?

No. We are based in Palm Beach on the Gold Coast and work with businesses across Australia. Most of the work happens over video calls and shared reporting, with face-to-face meetings where location allows.

Will you lock me into a long contract?

We agree the term and scope upfront, in writing, before anything starts. You will know exactly what is included, what we report on and how either side can end the engagement.
