Privacy Policy

LeadHub Pty Ltd (ABN 16 621 973 760) ("LeadHub", "we", "us") handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email, phone number, business name, website and anything you write in the message. We also record which page you came from and any campaign tags in the link you used.

Like most websites, we use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how the site is used. These tools use cookies and collect information such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. They do not give us your name or contact details.

How we use it

We use your enquiry details to respond to you, prepare for a call or review you've asked for, and keep a record of our conversation. We use analytics data to improve the site and measure our own marketing.

We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who we share it with

Enquiries are delivered through service providers we use to run the business, such as our hosting, email and CRM platforms. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia. We only share what's needed for them to provide the service.

Access and correction

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@leadhub.net.au.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, email us first and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
