LeadHub is a senior-led SEO, Google Ads and AI Search consultancy based in Palm Beach on the Gold Coast. We work with a limited number of established Australian service businesses, and you deal directly with the person doing the strategy.
Founder
Steven Piper
Steven has worked in search marketing for more than 15 years and founded LeadHub in 2014. Most of that time has been spent on one problem: how to get service businesses in front of people at the moment they're looking, and turn that into enquiries at a cost that makes sense.
That has meant running Google Ads accounts in expensive markets like property and legal, rebuilding conversion tracking that was quietly lying to its owners, and doing SEO for businesses where a single client is worth five figures.
Steven also builds and runs search-driven websites of his own. It's a useful discipline. When it's your own money on the line you get very clear, very quickly, on which activity produces leads and which just produces reports.
He's based on the Gold Coast and still does the strategy work on every account himself.

What you can expect.

You talk to the strategist.
No sales team, no account manager in between. The person on the first call is the person setting the strategy.

Leads are the scoreboard.
We report on enquiries, cost per lead and, where you share it, revenue. Rankings and traffic are context.

Honest numbers.
If tracking is wrong, we fix it and tell you, even when the fixed numbers look smaller. Decisions need real data.

A limited roster.
We take on a small number of clients so each one gets proper attention. Sometimes that means a waitlist.
Behind the scenes
Senior strategy, specialist support.
Strategy, account decisions and client communication stay with Steven. Specialist execution, such as technical tag fixes, content production and campaign builds, is handled by a small team of experienced contractors working to his briefs and checked before anything goes live.
It's how we deliver big-agency capability without big-agency overheads, and without handing your account to someone who joined last month.
